Add an order manually

Order can be created manually through Lana. This is perfect if you take phone orders or take orders at events such as trade exhibitions or pop up stores.

To create an order manually through the Lana admin console, follow the following steps:

  1. Go to Orders > Orders

  2. Select Add Order

  3. Search for the products you would like to add to the order through the product search field. Select the product from the auto-suggest drop down to add it to the order.

  4. Adjust the Quantity field for the product.

  5. Use the customer search field to search for an existing customer. Alternatively, select Add New Customer.

  6. Accept paying by selecting Pay with Credit Card or Pay Offline

  7. After payment is successfully accepted the order is placed.
