Locales refers to currencies and languages that your store supports. You can use multiple currencies and languages to create a local shopping experience for your global customers. For instance, you may want to have products and content in Japanese and allow checkout using Japanese Yen (JPY) without having to create a separate store for Japan.

To access Locales, navigate to Settings > Locale from the settings sidebar.

Depending on your subscription plan, the total number of languages and currencies your store can support may be limited. Refer to the Limits section for additional guidance.
