Shopping cart abandonment rates for online retailers can reach over 80%. To help recover some of these lost sales, Lana can send an email reminder to customers prompting them to complete checkout.
To access the Abandoned Order Recovery settings, select Settings from the side menu and then General from the settings menu.
To activate Abandoned Order Recovery, complete the following steps:

Select the desired send order recovery email after time. An email will be sent to customers after an order has been abandoned.

You can set a minimum order value for reminder. This setting is optional. If this value is set, a reminder email will not be sent if the abandoned order total is less than this value.
Note: An order recovery email value of 0 indicates a reminder will be sent for all abandoned orders.
