To search for an order, enter the order number or customer name in the Search Orders field.

If the order exists in the store, it is automatically displayed in the list. Select the specific order to view its detailed information.

Select Advanced Search to be search orders based on additional criteria including:

• State – Cart, Reserved, Authorize Payment, Capture Payment, Manual Payment
• Processing Method – Gateway, manual
• Fulfillment Status – Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, Partial
• Financial Status – Unpaid, authorized, partially paid, paid, partially refunded, refunded, voided
• Total Price Min – Order values below this minimum amount will not be displayed
• Total Price Max – Orders exceeding this maximum amount will not be displayed
• Customer – Display all orders belonging to a specific customer
• Product – Display orders only if they contain this product
• Shipping Provider Type – Fixed, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post
• Shipping Provider – The shipping provider used for the order.
