Content Models > Applying a content model to an existing product
To access the Products page, select Products > Products from the side menu.

Select the existing product from the list or alternatively, search for the product by entering its product name or title in the Search Products field.

Select the Custom Fields setting to add extra fields to a product. For instance, if the product has an ingredients list or a part number, you can add custom fields to define these ingredients or part numbers.

In the Custom Fields section, select the Apply content model dropdown list to display all the available content models.

Select the content model and configure it.

 | Remove Item - The content model is removed from the product. Click Save to confirm the action or Cancel to undo the change. |
 | Add item of the same type - The same content model type will be added to the product in an empty state. Click Save to confirm the action or Cancel to undo the change. |
 | Duplicate item - The content model and it’s existing input data will be added to the product again. Click Save to confirm the action or Cancel to undo the change. |
