Review Dimensions are product attributes that customers can rate individually when writing reviews and rating products. For example, if you are selling a range of clothing you could create a Dimension for “quality” and for “material” allowing customers to rate these attributes when they write their product review.

Adding a Dimension

To add a dimension, follow these steps:

1. In the Reviews page, select the Dimensions tab.

2. Under the Dimensions header, click Add review dimension

3. The Add review dimension dialog will appear, enter a Name for the dimension

4. To save your changes, click Save

5. If your product dimension was successfully saved, it will appear in the dimensions list.

Editing an existing dimension

To edit an existing dimension, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Content > Product Reviews > Dimensions tab

2. Click the name of the dimension you would like to edit.

3. Once you have clicked the dimension name the Edit Review Dimension dialog will appear. Edit the following options:

   • Name - The name of the dimension

4. To save your changes click Save in the dialog.

5. If your edit was saved, a success message will appear confirming the change has been saved.

Removing a dimension

To remove a dimension, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Content > Product Reviews > Dimensions tab

2. Select the Remove icon next to the dimension you would like to permanently delete. This action cannot be undone.

   

3. If you have successfully removed the dimension, it will no longer appear in the dimensions list.

Note: The dimension will be permanently deleted after you click the remove icon. There is no confirmation dialog. Removing a dimension is permanent, however, any reviews or ratings that used the dimension will not be deleted.
