Product Options define the product characteristics of a product variant, such as size, color, or pattern. These product options help customers easily select the product they would like to purchase and adds flexibility to your catalog. For instance, a T-shirt product variant may have a Size option with the option values Small, Medium and Large.

To access Product Options, select Settings > Options from the settings side menu.
