To set the Order Cancel Threshold, follow these steps:

1. On the Fraud page, open the Order Cancel Threshold tab.

2. Switch on the Order Cancel Threshold to automatically cancel all identified high-risk orders.

3. Set your Order Cancel Threshold. All orders that go beyond the identified limit will be considered high risk and will be automatically canceled. Your customer will receive a notification their order has been canceled.

   

4. Select Save to confirm the action.

   

Note:

• The risk score assigned to an order is based on several hundred signals.
• The risk score is a suggestion only.
• False positives or false negatives are possible always check orders for potential risk.
