The Billing section lets store owners manage the store’s subscription plan, payment methods, billing address, and view upcoming and previous invoices.

A store owner can subscribe to an annual or monthly plan. The service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable. Similarly, a store owner can decide to upgrade to a higher level of service at any time and will be billed according to the pricing of the upgraded plan immediately.

If a store owner chooses to downgrade an account, access to content, features, or capacity of the account may be lost. Store owners are prevented from downgrading until they have reduced their usage to meet the restrictions of the chosen plan.

A valid credit card must be kept on file at all times. Lana will continue to charge the owner’s credit card account for all fees and additional fees until services are terminated and all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

To access the Billing page, select Settings from the side menu, and Billing from the Settings menu.
