A coupon code is used by customers to add the promotion to their order. When the coupon is applied to the order, it’s eligibility is checked against the rules for the promotion. Coupons can be added to the promotion manually or generated in bulk.

To add a coupon code manually to a promotion, complete the following steps:

1. Go to Promotions

2. Select the promotion you would like to add coupons to from the list, or search for the promotion using the search field.

3. On the promotions, page select the Coupons tab

4. Click the Add Coupons button

5. When the Add Coupon dialog appears enter each coupon codes on its own line

6. Select Add to add coupon codes to the promotion.
