Managing an existing Customer

Viewing orders placed by a customer

To view a list of orders placed by a particular customer, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Customers

  2. Select the customer from the list, or use the customer search field to find them

  3. Click the customer’s name to view the Customer Profile

  4. If the customer has previously placed orders, they will be displayed in the Orders tab

Managing Customer Addresses

You can add, remove, or edit existing customer addresses with the following steps:

Adding a customer address

  1. Go to Customers

  2. Select the customer from the list, or use the customer search field to find them

  3. Click the customer’s name to view the Customer Profile

  4. Select the Addresses tab

  5. Select Add Address

  6. Enter the following details, as desired:

    • Name
    • Company
    • Phone
    • Street Address 1
    • Street Address 2
    • Country
    • State
    • City
    • Zip/Postal Code
    • Default Shipping - when this option is selected, the address becomes the customer’s default shipping address.
    • Default Billing - when this option is selected, the address becomes the customer’s default shipping address.
  7. Select Save to save the address

Deleting a customer address

  1. Go to Customers

  2. Select the customer from the list, or use the customer search field to find them

  3. Click the customer’s name to view the Customer Profile

  4. Select the Addresses tab

  5. Click the delete icon for the address you would like to delete

  6. A confirmation dialog appears to confirm your action. Select Delete to confirm the deletion or Keep to go back without making any changes. Deleting an address is permanent and cannot be undone.
