Return Inspections
Return Inspections outline the steps in your store's customized return workflow. For instance, you might wish to include a workflow step to verify that an item has been returned in its original packaging, or with its tags still attached.
Return Policies
A Return Policy delineates the terms, conditions, fees, and workflow pertaining to returns at your store. You may establish multiple return policies based on various factors; for instance, one policy could be designed for domestic customers, while another is tailored for international customers. Each return policy can have its own unique terms, conditions, fees, and workflow.
Return Reasons
Shops come equipped with predefined default reasons for returns, but they also offer the flexibility to customize these reasons according to your unique needs. It's important to note that every returned item must be associated with a specific return reason.
Returns
A Return signifies a customer's intent to return a purchased item to the shop. A return request can be either accepted or declined. The returns process provides tools to monitor the entire lifecycle of a return, from the initial shipping stage, through inspection, and finally to the issuance of a refund.
